Randika has graduated from the University of Moratuwa with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering and joined AdroitLogic as a fresh graduate. He has completed his secondary education at Ananda College, Colombo and won the “Fritz Kunz” memorial challenge cup for the most out standing Anandian in year 2011.
As a part of the final year research project at university, Randika and his team developed a platform which could automatically generate queries for Complex Event Processing and published a paper on “Shapelets and Parallel Coordinates based Automated Query Generation for Complex Event Processing” at “The 2016 IEEE International Conference on Smart Data”.
He is a strong believer of open source world of software development, and has successfully completed the Google Summer of Code Program in 2016 with Eclipse Foundation, and has contributed to a number of open source projects since then. Randika spends his leisure time following sports and watching TV series.
